I have been requested and advised to submit the podcast to iTunes. I will try to submit it by June 8th. Fingers crossed?!

Episode 2 Dialog is In the Works
Wow. The continuation of the "History of Computer Programming" has been a real challenge. The problem is... what to leave out. Plus, I have been told that the premier episode was very dry and full of data. I am emotionally challenged, but I promise to improve as I go along.
Keep the input coming. I need to keep debugging this thing so that it is as interesting to others as it is to me.
My wife's illness has kept me from the amount of time I want to dedicate to this. Please bare with me as my tardiness is sure to arrive.
I am trying to have episode 2 up by early June.
The Southeast Linuxfest (SELF) is coming this June 20 -22nd in Charlotte, North Carolina. I hope to be in attendance.

Episode 1 has been posted!
Well, I almost made it on the deadline? If you listen to the premier podcast, please excuse the multiple "plosive pops" during the reading. I will work out the kinks as time goes by. The subject matter is a bit dry for some, but if you are a history nut or technology geek (like I am) go ahead and click on the "Podcast" tab at the bottom of the page Header.

Almost There!
The beta tests, upload feed, audio editor, and posting ALL DID WELL!
I have the premier podcast for the season posted. However, it is not the one I voiced! I have not had time to actually record my podcast... but, I did record a voice reader reciting my notes. If it does not bother you to listen to a monotone robot, then feel free to download the podcast. You can pretend it is being narrated by Dr. Stephen Hawking.
The podcast I chose to kick-off my show is "The History of Computer Programming". It takes you from the Ancient Greek philosophers up through the 1960's. The second podcast will address the incredible 1970's and beyond!
Did you know that the first computer programmer was a woman?
Did you know how computer languages first came about?
Did you know what the World Wars contributed, or took away, from the development of programming?
I you would like to find out... listen to Episode 1.
Please tell all your friends about the podcast if you find it enjoyable!
